KVH receives AVA Pfizer Excellence in Customer Service Award

The Karingal Veterinary Hospital is one of only 6 Australian veterinary practices to be awarded for Excellence in Customer Service. The award is jointly sponsored by the Australian Veterinary Association and Pfizer and recognises excellence in customer service and veterinary practice.

The awards for Excellence in Customer Service aim to encourage and educate veterinary practioners, nurses and practice managers to improve their management techniques and the relationship they have with clients, to the benefit of the profession, practice staff, clients and their animals

The Karingal Veterinary Hospital was the only Victorian practice to win this year.
